70 years for pasta


Luigi Fava, 47 years old, is FAVA's managing director and general manager. Graduated in Business Economics at Bologna University, he started working in the family-owned company in 1989.
He developed his skills and expertise covering different company's positions, with a training path in contact with the technical department, the installations, the overhauling and the sales area. He is also part of the Board of Storci based in Collecchio specialising in the pasta sector, as well as of Baltur SpA, the other family-owned company working in the air-conditioning field.
